Rising Stars of European Finance

Celebrating up and coming young talent in institutional financial services, the Rising Stars of European Finance list recognises people under the age of 40 working across investment banking, fund management, trading, law and professional services.

Candidates are judged on their career achievements so far, including promotions, deals worked on or extra responsibilities they’ve been given; the size and position of their team in the market; the calibre of their mentors; and their ability to reach the top.

To nominate someone, please complete the nomination form by January 30th 2026. The final list is published online and in print, with vast social media coverage and the option to licence list logos and reprints.
